I am honored to be the official camp chef for the First Annual TAC FIN & FIELD Dove Hunt. Throughout the day, I'll be cooking live over fire and serving a chef inspired lunch that celebrates Texas, the outdoors, and the people who make hunting camp feel like home.

I'm proud to be joining Work Sharp Fish Camp 2026 as the Official Camp Chef. Throughout the event, I'll be preparing meals over live fire that highlight fresh fish, seasonal ingredients, and the simple style of cooking that belongs in camp.
The Columbia River provides the backdrop, but the people are what make this event special. I'm looking forward to feeding camp, meeting new friends, and creating meals that become part of the story.
